Southern Punjab Poverty Alleviation Project (SPPAP)-IFAD Assisted is a joint venture of the Government of the Punjab and the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) being served to the underprivileged and most vulnerable segments in the rural areas of Punjab with a special focus on Southern Punjab. The prime purpose of the SPPAP is poverty alleviation and women empowerment. Vocational Skill Training is one of the prime components being the partnership of the Institute of Rural Management (IRM). Post-training activities has been a prime objective of SPPAP to convert the learned skills into practical fields.

As SPPAP & IRM empower young minds with skills and knowledge, they also commit to supporting their transition into a better workforce.
